Back-to-back events! After we held the last event - &ldquoStarting your business in Taipei ~ Chasing your dreams&rdquo in May,
we held another startups event with Taiwan Start-up Hub in June 23th afternoon.
We invited the founder of &ldquoGood Island&rdquo (日裏文創), Mr. Huang, sharing his experience in starting the business.
The founder of Start-up Hub team &ldquoBetter Life&rdquo(好好文薈), Ms. Yang, is also invited to share her experience.
Mr. Huang: the reason we establish &ldquoGood Island&rdquo is not only for ourselves but also for those small farmers. We transfer those wasted-fruit into jams, dried fruit, and other kinds of product. We make it marketable again.
Ms. Yang: In the path of starting a business, I always wondering what the &ldquobetter life&rdquo is. So I started looking for good stuff, good people, and good place. I combine those good things together and share them to people.
Over 15 participants joined the conference with us. By organizing this kinds of event, we expect that we can assist the startups in their way of starting the business.
In order to build up a great environment for startups, the departments of Economic development of Taipei city governments provides lots of promoting programs and policies for startups. We encourage startups to be bold, seize the chance and utilize the resource of government in order to realize their dreams.
